No. Harmoni works fully from what you log. If you connect Apple Health on the free plan, or Apple Health, Health Connect, or Fitbit on Premium, Harmoni adds your sleep, heart rate variability, and activity to the picture, and the Resilience Score becomes more precise.
On the free plan you can show your clinician your history, calendar, and shareable metric cards in the app. The downloadable PDF health report, written to hand to a practitioner, is a Premium feature.
Yes. Harmoni is on Google Play as well as the App Store. Siri shortcuts are an iOS feature; Android users on Premium can connect wearables through Health Connect.
No. Harmoni helps you track and understand your symptoms and trends so you and your clinician can see the pattern. Treatment decisions are always made with your clinician.
